Two lakh doses of Kovid Shield vaccine vaccine have arrived in the capital. The vaccine was delivered on an Indigo flight from Mumbai on Friday night. Of this, 30,000 doses are for Thiruvananthapuram district. However, in the current scenario, this would be a slight solution to the crisis in the vaccine supply in the state.
Vaccine supply in the state was in dire straits as the central government did not allow higher doses. The Kovshield vaccine was fully available at the regional vaccine stores in Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam. Kozhikode: On Thursday, there were 5,000 dosage cove shields left. Only the rest of the cold chain centers and district vaccine centers were available for distribution. Two lakh covaxins were last delivered to Kerala on the 13th. കേന്ദ്ര50 lakh dose was requested from the Center.
