Islamabad: Three Pakistani troopers and three terrorists have been killed throughout a navy operation in Pakistan’s northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the navy stated in an announcement.
The Inter-Providers Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the Pakistani navy, stated on Tuesday that the terrorists opened hearth on a police checkpost within the Khutti space of Dera Ismail Khan district of the province.
The ISPR stated that safety forces instantly cordoned off the world, blocking all doable escape routes, including that the fleeing terrorists have been intercepted later and killed after an alternate of fireplace, Xinhua information company reported.
It stated that three military personnel additionally misplaced their lives within the alternate of fireplace.
Weapons and ammunition have been recovered from the killed terrorists, the ISPR added.
