North Korean leader Kim Jong Un arrived at the Mausoleum on the anniversary of his late grandfather and the country’s founder Kim Il-sung. Local media reported this on Friday. An official of the Korean Central News Agency reported in Pyongyang that, on Thursday, Kim Jong-un and his wife Ri Sol-joo arrived at Kumususan Palace to celebrate Kim Il-sung’s 109th anniversary.
As reported by the Yonhap News Agency, the corpse of Kim Jong-il Lee, Kim’s grandfather and father, was kept in the Mausoleum.
KCNA said, Kim Jong-un along with his wife paid tribute to the idol of Kim Il-sang and Kim Jong-il and wished President and Chairman Lee in the hall to be immortal.
