An elaborate organizing committee has been fashioned for the conduct of the News Aksharamuttam Expertise Fest State Competitors to be held on twenty third at Maharaja's Faculty, Ernakulam. A 200-member organizing committee was fashioned with CPI-M district secretary CN Mohanan as chairman and News unit supervisor Ranjith Viswam as basic convener.
Patrons: Prof. MK Sanu, Minister P Rajeev, Chief Editor Puthalath Dinesan, Resident Editor M Swaraj, General Supervisor KJ Thomas, Mayor M Anilkumar, GCDA Chairman Ok Chandranpilla, Gopi Kottamurikal, CM Dineshmani, S Sharma, S Satish, KA Ali Akbar , MLAs KN Unnikrishnan, KJ Maxey, PV Srinijin and Anthony John.

General Supervisor KJ Thomas inaugurated the organizing committee formation assembly. Ranjith Viswam presided over. Chief Circulation Supervisor Pradeep Mohan, Advertising Supervisor Gopan Nampat, Circulation Supervisor AB Ajayghosh, KSTA District Secretary Elias Mathew and Progressive Kala Sahitya Sangh District Secretary Joshi Donbosko spoke.
