Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has said that control will be strengthened as it is the stage of large scale disease outbreak in the state. People should avoid going out and crowding. The Chief Minister said that even after taking the Kovid vaccine, those infected are less likely to be at risk and should be monitored at home as per the government’s instructions. People with normal oxygen levels do not need to be hospitalized just because they are Kovid positive unless they have other health problems. The expert committee will issue a recommendation in this regard.
Steps will be taken to ensure a minimum wage for health workers. Immediate action should be taken to set up CFLTCs in all taluks. Oxygen will be available as needed. Intervenes in every way to facilitate the removal of oxygen. Oxygen is available from Karnataka in Kasaragod district. But as there is a crisis there, the state chief secretary will talk to the Karnataka chief secretary.
Steps will be taken to provide oxygen to Kasargod and other places. Test positive rates have increased in some districts and some local bodies. It will do everything possible to bring it down. More volunteers will be used for preventive operations.
