Azam Khan, his son and wife get big relief from Allahabad High Court, get bail in fake birth certificate case

Azam Khan, his spouse and son had challenged the 7-year sentence awarded to them by the Rampur Periods Court docket on October 18, 2023 within the alleged forgery of Abdullah's delivery certificates case.

In response to the prosecution, this case is of January 3, 2019. Rampur resident and present BJP MLA from Rampur, Akash Saxena had lodged a police case in opposition to Azam Khan, his spouse and son for getting two delivery certificates made for Abdullah Azam Khan.
