Thiruvananthapuram> Ten years later, the salary revision discussion begins in KSRTC. The discussion will take place tomorrow. The previous pay revision in KSRTC was in 2010. In 2015, there was an attempt for service and pay reform but it was postponed.
During the meeting, which was chaired by Transport Minister Antony Raju, all the employees’ organizations that were approved through a referendum were called. Antony Raju said that KSRTC is on the path of modernization and the salary reform talks are being initiated as a prelude to implementing modernization with the confidence of the employees.
The meeting will be attended by Transport Secretary Biju Prabhakar and other senior officials, as well as representatives of the Kerala State Road Transport Employees Association (CITU), the Transport Democratic Federation (TDF) and the Kerala State Transport Employees Sangh (BMS).
