‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ moves ahead from Shegaon in Maharashtra

Shegaon (Maharashtra): The ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, led by Congress chief Rahul Gandhi, on Saturday entered the thirteenth day of its Maharashtra leg from Shegaon with a lot of girls taking part within the padyatra on the day to mark the beginning anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. There’s a chance. The marchers left for Jalamb at 6 am from Gajanan Dada Patil market yard at Shegaon in Buldhana district.

The social gathering stated girls from self-help teams (SHGs) and elected girls representatives would be part of the yatra to mark the beginning anniversary of late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Gandhi interacted with the native individuals through the padyatra. The yatra will enter Burhanpur in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday evening. Bharat Jodo Yatra had entered Maharashtra on seventh November.

The yatra began on September 7 from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu.
