Big relief to Tejashwi in the case of remarks on Gujaratis, Supreme Court stays the proceedings of the lower court
The grievance relies on Yadav’s alleged remarks made in Patna in March. It’s alleged that Yadav stated, “In today’s time, only Gujaratis can be thugs and they will also be forgiven for it.”
The complainant has alleged that these feedback publicly defame and humiliate Gujaratis.
