Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Ram Sundar Rai of the Nitish government, who came under attack after the seizure of liquor at a school in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, gave a clarification on Saturday. He said that he has a milk business and even today, I still sell milk. He said that if his brother is guilty then he will go to jail.
In a press conference held at the BJP state office, the minister said that his house is in the Ahiyapur police station area, while the liquor was recovered from where he is in the Boachaha police station area. He said that the school on which the liquor was recovered, the land on which he was bought, has been bought by his brother. He said that the ancestral land has been registered in 2012 itself. He said that the land on which the school is located was bought by his brother in 2014 from his own income.
