The Congress chief claimed in his submit on 'X', “Within four days of the Constitution being adopted by the Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949, the RSS mouthpiece Organizer had strongly criticized the Constitution.”
He claimed, “In its issue of November 30 that year, this magazine had written that 'The worst thing about the new Constitution of India is that there is nothing Indian in it.' Even today, his laws mentioned in Manusmriti are admired throughout the world and are easily followed and complied with. But it means nothing to our constitutional pundits.
He alleged, “BJP and RSS wish to do away with Babasaheb Ambedkar's Structure and change it with a Structure based mostly on the ideology of Manusmriti.”
