Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Chandra Pawar) chief Sharad Pawar, whereas addressing an election rally in Pune's Saswad tehsil on Sunday, stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) desires to win greater than 400 seats within the Lok Sabha elections to make adjustments within the Structure. Pawar stated this 12 months's common election is completely different from earlier elections as it’s going to determine how the nation will perform.

Saswad tehsil is a part of Baramati Lok Sabha constituency. Sharad Pawar stated, “Delhi Chief Minister (Arvind Kejriwal) is in jail. They (BJP) are moving on the path of dictatorship and destroying democracy. Therefore, we need to defeat them to save our nation.”

The Maratha leader claimed, “The country should be ruled democratically, but we are worried.” They (BJP) want more than 400 seats for changes in the Constitution.'' NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar) has fielded party chief Sharad Pawar's daughter and sitting MP Supriya Sule as its candidate from Baramati.

In Baramati, Supriya Sule is contesting in opposition to Sunetra Pawar, spouse of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. The previous Union minister stated, “Wherever I’m going, I see the signal ‘Man playing trumpet’. Vote for Supriya Sule and make her victorious by an enormous margin. We’ll do improvement and welfare of the individuals.
