
Kushinagar | Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Kushinagar, the place of Parinirvana of Lord Buddha, on the event of Buddha Purnama. He reached Kushinagar Worldwide Airport on Monday round 9:25 am. Prime Minister Modi was acquired by Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Durgashankar Mishra on the airport. From the airport, he left for Lumbani in Nepal, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, by helicopter.
Prime Minister Modi will take part in packages organized in Lambuni on the event of Buddha Purnama. After this he’ll return to Kushnagar after 4 pm. On the stupa, Prime Minister Modi will provide prayers to Lord Buddha by providing prayers until 4.30 pm and can provide sanghadan to Buddhist monks. Prime Minister Modi will attain Lucknow from Kushinagar at 6.45 pm by attending a program of about ten minutes on the Stupa. It’s value noting that on account of the victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party within the meeting elections in Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Modi’s first keep in Lucknow is after the formation of the Yogi authorities.
