This video is of PM Modi’s go to to Andhra Pradesh, when his chopper began taking off, a Congress employee expressed his protest by flying a black balloon.
Three Congress staff have been taken into custody
Soon after the incident, Krishna district SP Siddhartha Kaushal instructed information company ANI that three Congress protesters have been detained for releasing balloons quickly after PM Modi’s chopper took off from Gannavaram airport.

This incident of dropping balloons close to the PM’s helicopter is being seen as negligence within the safety of the Prime Minister.
