Mathura: A cow smuggler was arrested by the police and recovered two cows and a knife from him within the early hours of Monday in an encounter on village Hathiya Mehrauli uncooked street beneath Barsana police station of Mathura district. Mathura Superintendent of Police (Countryside) Trigun Bishen mentioned that on the knowledge of the informer, a cow smuggler had an encounter with the police at round 3 am at this time when he was going at nighttime with two cows.
