-Arhar – 30 grams
-Urad dal – 30 grams
-Mung lentils – 30 grams
-Smoor lentils – 30 grams
-3 tomatoes, onions and peppers
– Ginger finely chopped
-garlic paste
-turmeric powder
-chilli powder
-coriander powder

-Hung powder
-A whole red chilli
– One teaspoon Cumin seeds
-Custom salt
-Ghee or butter

The way to create is as follows…

First wash all the pulses and soak them for 20 minutes. Keep the cooker and cook the lentils to boil. After 2 whistles, reduce the heat. Now heat ghee or butter in the pan and add onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and fry well. After this, add tomatoes and cook, add red chilli and coriander powder. Cook it on low heat in the pan.

After this, add butter tempering separately, add cumin, whole red chilli and asafoetida. Serve with coriander leaves. Now it’s my turn to do the test. You will taste it very well.
