Debate on Waqf in the Supreme Court, Singhvi asked- The decisions given in the Ayodhya case do not apply in this case?

Throughout the listening to, Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna stated that when he was within the Delhi Excessive Courtroom, he was instructed that he was a land Waqf property. He stated, “Do not misunderstand us, we are not saying that all Waqf by user properties are wrong.”

Throughout the debate, Singhvi additionally stated that he has even heard that the land of Parliament Home can be of Waqf. He requested the courtroom whether or not the selections given within the Ayodhya case don’t apply on this case? He demanded an interim restriction on the revised Waqf Act and stated that the modification shouldn’t be carried out till the ultimate determination on it comes.
