Aurangabad. A debt-ridden farmer allegedly dedicated suicide in Beed district of Maharashtra. He took this step after being harassed and crushed by the moneylender to pay the complete quantity, together with curiosity. The police gave this data on Tuesday.

Police sub-inspector Suresh Mali advised PTI-language that farmer Gangaram Gavade (45) allegedly hanged himself from a tree close to his home in Beed’s village Rajuri (Navagan) on Sunday. The officer mentioned a suicide notice allegedly written by Gavade was discovered on the spot, by which he accused Bahir of harassing him.
He advised that Gavade had taken Rs 2,000 from Bahir, who was allegedly asking him to pay Rs 28,000 together with curiosity and was threatening him.
The official mentioned that on October 9, the moneylender referred to as Gavade at his farm, the place he allegedly assaulted him and likewise took away his two-wheeler. The official mentioned that the accused moneylender has been arrested and a case has been registered towards him underneath sections 306 (abetment to suicide), 323 (injure) and 506 (prison intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.
