AAP leaders have requested to quash the Justice of the Peace courtroom's March 15, 2019 and January 28, 2020 orders of the decrease courtroom.
Babbar, who filed the defamation criticism on behalf of BJP's Delhi unit, has requested for motion towards AAP leaders. He has stated that AAP leaders have broken the get together's picture by accusing it of eradicating names of voters from the voter record.
He claimed that AAP leaders had alleged in a press convention in December 2018 that on the directions of BJP, the Election Fee (EC) had eliminated the names of 30 lakh voters from the 'Bania' neighborhood, Purvanchalis and Muslim neighborhood from the voter record.
