Internet desk. The cases of corona infection have come down in the capital Delhi, but the number of deaths is still coming out near 300. In view of this, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken another major decision on Sunday, extending the lockdown period further. There will now be a lockdown in Delhi till next Monday i.e. the morning of 24 May.

According to ANI news agency, today Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that the lockdown in Delhi has been extended for a week. Lockdown has been in place in Delhi since 19 April. There was a lockdown till 5 am on May 17 in Delhi which has been extended by CM Arvind Kejriwal till the morning of 24 May.
Significantly, on Saturday, 6,430 new corona patients have been found in the capital Delhi, while 337 patients lost their lives. However, the situation here is now improving.
