Delhi-weather: Outbreak of cold wave in Delhi, minimum temperature 1.4 degree Celsius

New Delhi: Chilly wave prevailed in Delhi on Monday morning and Safdarjung observatory recorded a minimal temperature of 1.4 diploma Celsius, which is the bottom temperature this month since January 1, 2021.
