Deuba gave a grand welcome to Modi on his arrival in Lumbini

Lumbini (Nepal): Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, on the event of Buddha Purnima, the place he was accorded a grand welcome by the Prime Minister of Nepal, Sher Bahadur Deuba. Shri Modi arrived in an Indian Air Force helicopter on a particular helipad constructed at Lumbini. Nepalese Prime Minister Shri Deuba and his spouse have been current on the helipad.

Sporting a yellow costume on the event of Vaishakh Buddha Purnima, Shri Modi left the helipad together with the Nepalese Prime Minister for darshan on the temple of Mayadevi instantly.
