As members of the committee, MLC of Bihar Legislative Council Prof. Ramwali Chandravanshi, Former Vice Chancellor of BN Mandal University AK Rai, Former Vice Chancellor of Munger University Prof. RK Verma, Retired Principal of Faculty of Commerce Arts and Science Dr. Bawan Singh, Indian Administrative Service Ex-officer Chittaranjan Singh, Affiliate Professor of AN Sinha Institute of Social Research Dr. Habibullah and retired officer of Bihar Monetary Service and Engineering Service E Vinod Kumar have been included. Director of Greater Education or an officer equal to the submit of Deputy Director would be the secretary of this committee.
