Facebook has once again excluded former US President Donald Trump from its platform. In fact, Trump had tried to avoid the ban imposed on him by posting an interview through his daughter-in-law Lara Trump’s Facebook page. Lara is the wife of Donald Trump’s son Eric Frederick Trump.
Facebook on Wednesday said in a statement to The Verge that the company had removed content from Lara Trump’s Facebook page, through which former President Donald Trump wanted to speak. In view of the ban imposed on Donald Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, any content offered on his behalf will be removed and as a result an additional moratorium will be placed on his accounts. “
Later, Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara shared a screenshot of an email sent by Facebook asking for an interview to be removed from the company. It had the voice of Donald Trump and it also warned that due to such content, more restrictions will be placed on the account.
Let us tell you that since the violent incidents in Capitol Hill on January 6 in the US, Facebook has completely banned Donald Trump. Trump is accused of inciting his supporters to violence by making provocative speeches and putting them on social media. Trump was banned by Twitter and YouTube apart from Facebook.
