Game desk. Pakistan beat South Africa by 28 runs in the third ODI to take 2–1 in the three-match series on the back of superb innings of opener Fakhar Zaman (101) and captain Babar Azam (94).
Batting first, Pakistan scored 320 runs for 7 wickets in 50 overs. In response, the hosts collapsed for only 292 runs in 49.3 overs. Fakhar Zaman scored his second consecutive century. He scored this century in 104 balls with the help of nine fours and three sixes. Imam ul Haq also contributed 57 runs.
