DRT-I has issued notices on February 9 to defaulter corporations Stellar Diamonds, Photo voltaic Exports, Diamond R US, ANM Enterprises Pvt Ltd and NDM Enterprises Pvt Ltd.
In addition to these corporations, others named embody their promoters, house owners, administrators equivalent to Nirav D. Modi, Ami Nirav Modi, Rohin N. Modi, Ananya N. Modi, Apsha N. Modi, East Mayank Mehta, Deepak Okay. Modi, Neeshal D. Modi and Nehal D. Modi, who’ve been issued notices as licensed debtors of PNB dues of Rs 7,029 crore.
