The method to make Fried Idli is as follows…

To make Fried Idli, firstly cut all Idlis into small pieces. Place the oil in a pan on medium heat for heating. As soon as the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and fry by adding onions and green chilies as soon as they crackle. As soon as the onion turns light golden, add tomatoes.

Stir the tomato ketchup as soon as the tomato melts and add green coriander after 2 minutes. Toast green coriander slightly and add idli to the pan. Add salt and chili flakes on top and mix well. Take your fried idli in a few minutes of cooking. Now you can test it.
