New Delhi> The courtroom acquitted all 26 accused within the 2002 Gujarat riots case. The motion belongs to the Panchmahal Further Classes Courtroom. The courtroom acquitted the accused in instances together with gang-rape and mass homicide within the Gujarat riots.
The accused had been acquitted because of lack of proof. Further Classes Choose Leelabhai Chudasama stated within the courtroom order that there was inadequate proof to show the crime towards the accused and 13 accused died through the trial.
The courtroom acquitted 26 accused within the case of gang-raping and murdering greater than 12 folks in separate incidents in Kalol, Gujarat. There have been 39 folks within the accused listing. 13 of them died through the trial.
