
Patna : Monu Kumar, son of Gayatri Devi, the previous chief of Vijaypura Panchayat in Madhipar village of Dhanrua block of Patna, shot the village’s middle-aged Jai Kumar for joking. It’s stated that the accused Monu Kumar shot him when he was sitting on his hallway with different villagers. In accordance with the villagers, Jai Kumar received two bullets within the chest, on account of which he died on the spot.
After the incident, the accused youth fled from the spot. In protest in opposition to the incident, the villagers created a ruckus for a while and raised slogans in opposition to the previous chief. After getting details about the incident, the police reached the spot, took possession of the lifeless physique, pacified the individuals who had been creating ruckus and began investigating the matter.
On the assertion of the deceased Jai Kumar’s son Shivbachan Prasad, an FIR has been registered in opposition to the accused Monu Kumar and three others at Dhanrua police station. After the incident, MSaudhi ASP Vaibhav Sharma arrived with the police power. Shivbachan Prasad, the son of the deceased, has informed the incident to be an earlier dispute and lodged an FIR.
