Haridwar genocide: UP Deputy CM lashes out at BBC

New Delhi
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has reacted angrily to a query about racist speeches at a convention organized by the Sangh Parivar in Haridwar. Maurya took off the masks of the BCC reporter who raised the query and requested him to take away the interviews from the digital camera.

The Deputy Chief Minister was outraged when the reporter stated that it was politically motivated to make such speeches simply earlier than the elections. With this, he ended the interview. Maurya later instructed the BCC that the incident was unlucky.
