Haryana Elections: Congress releases first list of candidates, Vinesh Phogat to contest from Julana

Congress launched its first record of 31 candidates for the Haryana Meeting elections, naming former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda for Garhi Sampla-Kiloi seat, state unit chief Udaybhan for Hodal and wrestler Vinesh Phogat for Julana.
