LUCKNOW> Gulab Singh (76), former member of CPI(M) Uttar Pradesh state secretariat and chief of Kisan Sabha in Saharanpur district, handed away. In 1997, throughout the sixteenth state convention of the CPI-M in Saharanpur, Gulab Singh was significantly injured and was in a wheelchair for the remainder of his life.
Gulab Singh, who joined the social gathering in 1977, joined the state committee in 1981. Then he reached the secretariat. He remained within the state committee until 2004.
