Rahul Gandhi additionally raised the problem of caste census and financial survey in Ara. He mentioned, “When we demanded caste census, PM Modi became silent. He started saying that there is no caste in the country. There are only two castes, rich and poor. Whereas earlier he used to call himself OBC. If there is no caste in the country then why do you call your caste OBC.”
