Jharkhand News: The Supreme Courtroom will now hear the petition of Amit Agarwal, arrested within the Rajiv money rip-off, on December 14. The Excessive Courtroom had ordered a CBI inquiry on this matter, which has been challenged by Amit Agarwal. Amit’s petition was listed for listening to in a bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice MM Sundresh.
