Job description: Candidate Requirement :- Expertise (3 – 6 years in Telecalling B2C gross sales i.e Banking/Insurance/IT gross sales Outbound course of)- Should Know Tamil Language (Fluent) & English as properly.- Age Restrict : 32 Years max- Open for six days working with Rotational Shifts – Work time :10 AM to eight PM- Work from Workplace Bellandur, Bangalore.- Discover interval : Rapid Joiner OR max 15 days joiner – after Provide.Job Duties :- Group Administration + Particular person gross sales Goal – Managing a group of 5-7 gross sales executives/associates- Chargeable for gross sales targets of the reporting team- Chargeable for inputs adherence of group (name makes an attempt, speak time, first response time, availability, attendance and so forth.)- Chargeable for progress of group via constructive suggestions by listening to name recordings, doing mock calls, figuring out gaps and coaching needs- Figuring out methods and serving to the group to generate gross sales via distinctive buyer communication, shopper engagement, presents and so forth.- Each day check-ins with group each 1-2 hours to determine any challenges/bottlenecks- Collaborating with group chief to strategize manner ahead for attaining weekly/month-to-month targets (ref:updazz.com)
