Job description: Position : Assistant Vice President – Healthcare Solutioning ( ITeS / BPO)
Location : Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai / Pune / Chennai
This Position is a mixture of Wonderful Solutioning strategy in Healthcare / Life Sciences house, good industrial sense in structuring offers, and glorious buyer going through abilities (govt presence, capacity to pay attention and tackle particular issues, articulate acceptable and cheap options, and so forth.). The function includes estimation and negotiation with enterprise and to personal an initiative from Starting to Deal Closure and the Transition to the Supply Organization for Healthcare Vertical.
Position & Tasks :
– To convey trade data, excellent capabilities, innovation and floor breaking expertise to the purchasers alongside the Healthcare house to assist them increase their efficiency to new heights.
– Personal the answer design for Healthcare trade verticals
– Lead cross vendor discussions to debate and craft the ultimate product.
– Work with inner groups to make the answer proposal.
– Entrance finish together with BD/Gross sales and watch out for market tendencies/adjustments/digital panorama.
– Capable of work independently in a cross-cultural surroundings, panning totally different time zones
– Handle CXO stage and their second line to promote our price proposition
– Lead a deal from project to closure and work with assigned gross sales workers to construct the perfect profitable proposal and execute on all displays, submissions and inner approval processes
Academic Qualification & Work Expertise:
– PG/MBA with 8 to 14 Yrs expertise of which final 4+yrs into Solutioning in Healthcare / Life Science house.
– Healthcare/Life Sciences background/area is a should
– Wonderful communication – verbal and written
– Wonderful Presentation abilities
– Wonderful on MS Excel / Analytical Abilities
