The incident passed off outdoors the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workplace in New Usmanpur space when he was leaving after attending a celebration assembly with native councilor Chhaya Sharma.
Addressing a press convention right here on Saturday, Kumar accused Tiwari of attempting to instigate folks in opposition to him via rumors and doctored movies.
“Ever since I have been made the candidate from North-East Delhi, he (Tiwari) has been continuously lying and trying to instigate the common people instead of telling what he has done,” he stated.
