Kanyakumari: Tourism Minister Kadakampally Surendran has laid the inspiration stone for the Kerala Visitor Home cum Lodge to be constructed by KTDC in Kanyakumari. A 34-room visitor home with 5 star services is being arrange in Kanyakumari as a logo of Kerala tourism. The state authorities has given administrative sanction for a mission value Rs 17.6 crore.
The coveted multi-cuisine restaurant will cater to this. Though the state authorities had earlier given administrative approval for the mission, there was a slight delay in getting approval from the Tamil Nadu authorities.
The development of the mission, which has accomplished the tender course of, will start quickly and will probably be accomplished on time, the minister stated.
