Kejriwal's petition challenging his arrest rejected, High Court said- 'Enough evidence present'

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal acquired a giant blow from Delhi Excessive Court docket on Tuesday. The court docket rejected the petition of CM Arvind Kejriwal by which he had challenged the trial court docket's order of his arrest and custody by the ED. After the Excessive Court docket's determination, AAP has mentioned that it’ll problem the order within the Supreme Court docket.

Justice Swarn Kanta Sharma took notice of ED's rivalry that there was sufficient proof to arrest CM Kejriwal. Justice Swarn Kanta Sharma mentioned, “The files and evidence placed before us show that the ED has followed the law. The trial court's order is not a two-line order. The ED has the hawala dealers as well as the Goa election “You even have statements from the candidates.”
