Thiruvananthapuram> Kerala leads in Kovid vaccine distribution Kerala has become the state with the highest number of vaccinated people per million. According to the Union Ministry of Health, more than 20 million people in the country have been vaccinated so far. As on Friday, 12.73 lakh people in Kerala had received the first dose. The number of second dose recipients was 2.6 lakh. The vaccine is given to more than 38,000 people out of a population of one million. Karnataka is in the second position.

Kerala is ahead in women too

Kerala has the highest number of women taking Kovid wax in the North Indian states. More than four lakh women have been vaccinated while three lakh men. The highest number of vaccines received in the state was in Ernakulam district, 196614. The first dose was given to 161782 people and the second dose to 34832 people.
Thiruvananthapuram and Thrissur are close behind.

Currently, more than 50,000 people over the age of 60 have been vaccinated. The vaccine was given to 25,105 people between the ages of 45 and 59 with serious illness. Health workers (first dose – 398000, second dose – 262305), front workers (first dose – 106392, second dose 2539), polling officers (first dose – 274449)

Model for the country

Thiruvananthapuram: Once upon a time, Kerala had the highest number of Kovid patients being treated in the country and the highest number of patients per day. There is a huge leap in the cure rate along with the low confirmation rate. The Center again lauded the state’s Kovid defense. On February 11, 63,915 people were in treatment, while on March 11, it dropped to 33,785. The Center agreed that this was a victory for the state. The highest number of patients in treatment in the state was on October 24, 2020, at 97,417. At present it is only 32,174.

The number of patients in the state is less than 3,000 per day for 12 consecutive days. Three hundred days less than two thousand. The confirmation rate, which was 10.3 per cent on February 1, rose to 3 per cent in just one month. On October 10, 2020, the highest confirmation rate in the state was reported at 17.46 per cent. From that, a new achievement was achieved. The success of Kerala’s defense strategy was due to the fact that the daily check-up came to close to one lakh and the number increased continuously.

30,939 in treatment

Kovid- confirmed 2035 people in the state on Saturday. Five districts have less than 100 patients. 3256 people became ill. The total number of patients was 10,53,859. 30,939 are in treatment. 58,344 samples were tested within 24 hours. Everyone from South Africa and Brazil was diagnosed with the disease. The confirmation rate was 3.49 percent. With the confirmation of 12 Kovid-deaths, the total death toll was 4381.
The disease was transmitted to 1807 people, including 13 health workers.
