Kolkata rape-murder case: ED action in RG Kar Hospital financial 'irregularities' case, raids at several places in Kolkata

“Our officers are questioning Lohaya and his wife. Ghosh had helped them in getting the tender,” he instructed PTI.

He mentioned, “Another ED team is also investigating the documents in the office of the institute that supplied equipment to RG Kar Hospital. There is some suspicious transaction between the government hospital and the institute.”

Together with the ED, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) can also be probing the alleged monetary irregularities within the authorities hospital. The CBI had arrested Ghosh and his three associates on this case.
