KSRTC began disbursement of pension via cooperative societies. The pension was distributed in August. District sensible listing of Rs.69,78,23,086 to be distributed to 42,180 pensioners and society listing of pensioners handed over to Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
After forming a consortium for pension distribution and issuing an order by the registrar, the cash deposited was utilized and the quantity required for pension distribution within the districts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Wayanad and Kasaragod was handed over to the involved teams. The Division of Transport has knowledgeable that the pension quantity can be distributed to different districts as quickly because the funding to the consortium is acquired.
