Lakhimpur Kheri violence: Supreme Court seeks reply from Ashish Mishra on allegations of threatening witnesses
The lawyer showing for one of many complainants had initially instructed the court docket that he had filed a petition, accusing Mishra of intimidating witnesses.
Dave denied the allegations and mentioned it was an 'infinite course of'. Dave mentioned, “Mishra is not in the pictures. This is not for this court but for outside.”
After this, the highest court docket requested Mishra to file an affidavit denying the allegations inside 4 weeks.
The court docket had granted bail to Ashish Mishra on July 22 and banned him from touring to Delhi or Lucknow.
