League councilors beat Malappuram city council driver

Malappuram > An worker of the Malappuram Municipal Company was attacked by Muslim League councilors and activists. Municipal driver PT Mukesh (34), a resident of Vengara Kannamangalam, was summoned to the workplace’s bathroom and assaulted. Mukesh, who was hit, was first shifted to Malappuram Taluk Hospital after which to Perinthalmanna EMS Hospital.

The assault was led by Municipal Health Standing Committee chairpersons Noorengal Siddique, PK Zakir Hussain, councilors Shafi Muzhikal, AP Shihab and CK Zaheer. Mukesh sustained critical accidents on his head, chest and left arm.

The incident befell on Wednesday at 3.30 pm. The issues began when the everlasting drivers rejected the work directions given by the momentary workers appointed by the Muslim League governing physique.
