Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Congress gave ticket to Deepika Pandey Singh from Godda, KN Tripathi from Chatra and Anupama Singh from Dhanbad.

Ranchi: Congress has introduced candidates for 3 Lok Sabha seats of Jharkhand for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Deepika Pandey Singh from Godda, KN Tripathi from Chatra and Anupama Singh from Dhanbad have been given tickets. The candidate from Ranchi Lok Sabha seat is but to be introduced. Earlier, Congress had introduced candidates from three Lok Sabha seats Khunti, Lohardaga and Hazaribagh. Below the India alliance, Congress has received a complete of seven seats. Of those, candidates have been declared for six Lok Sabha seats thus far.

These are the candidates from Congress from three Lok Sabha seats
Earlier, Congress had declared candidates from Khunti, Lohardaga and Hazaribagh seats. Congress has nominated Kalicharan Munda from Khunti Lok Sabha seat, Sukhdev Bhagat from Lohardaga and JP Patel (Jaiprakash Bhai Patel) from Hazaribagh parliamentary seat. Lately, their names have been introduced after the assembly of the Central Election Committee in Delhi.

Candidates declared from Khunti, Lohardaga and Hazaribagh seats
Jaiprakash Bhai Patel has lately left BJP and joined Congress. Congress has fielded him from Hazaribagh Lok Sabha seat. Lohardaga Lok Sabha seat is reserved for Scheduled Tribes. Former state Congress president Sukhdev Bhagat has been made the candidate for Lohardaga seat. Khunti Lok Sabha seat is reserved for Scheduled Tribes. Congress has made Kalicharan Munda its candidate from Khunti seat.

JMM's 4 candidates already introduced
Jharkhand Mukti Morcha had lately launched the second checklist and introduced candidates for 2 Lok Sabha seats. Whereas Vijay Hansda has been given the ticket from Rajmahal, Joba Manjhi has been made the candidate from Singhbhum. Even earlier than this, JMM had introduced candidates for 2 Lok Sabha seats, Dumka and Giridih. Nalin Soren has been made candidate from Dumka and Mathura Prasad Mahato from Giridih Lok Sabha seat. On this approach, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has already introduced the names of candidates for 4 Lok Sabha seats. JMM, Congress, RJD and CPI(ML) are contesting a complete of 14 Lok Sabha seats underneath the India Alliance in Jharkhand.
