Materials

Grated cucumber 3 cups
Curd – 2 cups
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
salt – as per style
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp

Methodology
You must grate the cucumber to make Cucumber Raita. After this take roasted cumin and grind it. Now you need to put curd in an enormous bowl and put cumin seeds in it. After this, beat the curd nicely. After beating the curd, add grated cucumber to it. Now add crimson chili powder and salt as per style to the raita, combine with a spoon and add finely chopped coriander. Your raita is prepared.
