Jabalpur (MP)| The Lokayukta police of Madhya Pradesh arrested an Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (ASI) of the Home Guard in Chhindwara district for accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000. An official gave this info on Friday. Lokayukta Deputy Superintendent of Police Dilip Jharbde stated that the Lokayukta police caught ASI Pradeep Kumar, posted within the Home Guard workplace in Chhindwara, red-handed on Thursday whereas taking a bribe of Rs 10,000 from Home Guard soldier Pankaj Pawar at his workplace.
He stated that Pankaj Pawar was posted as Home Guard soldier and was not current on responsibility for the previous few months. He was to hitch responsibility in March 2022.
