Meat shops in Gurugram to stay closed for 9 days during Jain festival

In compliance with the orders given by the Director, City Native Our bodies (ULB) Division, Haryana, all meat outlets and slaughterhouses within the Municipal Company Gurugram (MCG) and Municipal Company Manesar (MCM) space will stay closed from August 24 to September 1 for 9 days throughout the Jain pageant of Paryushan Parv.

Gurugram: In compliance with the orders given by the Director, City Native Our bodies (ULB) Division, Haryana, all meat outlets and slaughterhouses within the Municipal Company Gurugram (MCG) and Municipal Company Manesar (MCM) space will stay closed from August 24 to September 1 for 9 days throughout the Jain pageant of Paryushan Parv.

“The orders have been received from ULB Department in this regard. As per the orders received, all meat sale shops and slaughterhouses in MCG and the MCM area will remain closed from August 24 to September 1. In these nine days, the festival of Jain community, Paryushan Parv, will be celebrated,” Deputy Municipal Commissioner Vijaypal Yadav stated.

Now we have directed all of the meat sellers situated within the company space to maintain their outlets closed throughout these 9 days ie from August 24 to September 1. The company groups will monitor the world throughout lately and motion might be taken towards those that don’t observe the orders,” he added.
