MHC On Assembly Election: Madras High Court strongly condemns Election Commission for conducting election in Coronakal, saying – Election Commission officials should be prosecuted for murder charges

Internet desk. The Madras Hoicourt has strongly reprimanded the Election Commission and officials for holding the Assembly elections in the Coronaca. During the second wave of Corona virus infection, the Election Commission said in a hearing that political parties should be allowed to hold election rallies, a case should be registered against the Election Commission officials on murder charges.

According to Live Law, a website on legal matters, Chief Justice Sanjib Banerjee told a hearing that your organization is responsible for the second wave of Corona. The Madras High Court has warned that the counting of votes will be withheld with immediate effect if the Commission on 2 May does not make proper plans to ensure adherence to the Corona Protocol.

High Court Chief Justice Banerjee said people’s health is of paramount importance and it is worrying that even in a global epidemic like Corona, constitutional authorities have to remind them of such things. Only when a person lives will he be able to take advantage of his democratic rights.
