Net Desk: Horrific blast outdoors the workplace of the Punjab Police Intelligence Division. The blast befell in Mohali on Monday evening. The entire space has been coated with a safety blanket. No casualties have been reported to date. Law enforcement officials on the scene. The preliminary estimate was that the explosion was attributable to a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG).
